Roles and Responsibilities
Office Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of the office space for clients and visitors.
Staff Coordination
Coordinate with in-house staff and field executives for task tracking and updates.
Support scheduling, task delegation, and team reminders as required.
Attendance & Records
Maintain staff attendance records and leave registers.
Generate monthly attendance summaries for payroll and reporting.
Corporate Office Communication
Act as the liaison between the branch office and the corporate headquarters.
Ensure timely updates, report submissions, and communication flow between teams.
Customer Query Handling
Attend to customer calls and walk-in queries in a polite and professional manner.
Provide accurate information and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
Cold Calling & Lead Identification
Make outbound calls to potential clients, partners, or institutions.
Explain service offerings and identify leads for the sales or training team.
Telemarketing & Promotions
Promote training programs, events, or services via phone and digital channels.
Maintain call records and report campaign effectiveness.
Documentation & Filing
Maintain proper documentation of forms, reports, client interactions, and internal communication.
Assist in creating presentations, reports, or proposals when needed.
Inventory & Office Supplies
Monitor stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely deliveries.
Event/Training Support
Support logistics and communication for training sessions or client visits.
Assist with registrations, confirmations, and follow-ups during events.
Basic Financial Coordination
Handle petty cash, basic billing, and receipts under supervision.
Coordinate with accounts team for invoice follow-ups or reimbursement claims.
