Doctor Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, postgraduate students, faculty, and healthcare professionals.
Introduce them to Abhinava Pro for job placements, hiring needs, or candidate sourcing.
Promote ARCS as a one-stop solution for thesis writing, research guidance, and publication support.
Product Promotion & Awareness
Conduct one-on-one meetings, clinic visits, or virtual demos to explain platform features and benefits.
Arrange and participate in CMEs, webinars, academic events, or hospital orientations to create awareness.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Identify and onboard doctors seeking placements or hiring support through Abhinava Pro.
Approach postgraduates, DNB students, and research scholars for thesis support via ARCS.
Achieve monthly targets for both service subscriptions and program conversions.
Support & Coordination
Act as a point of contact between doctors and internal teams (tech, research, operations).
Ensure timely follow-ups and address any queries or feedback.
Market Insights & Feedback
Gather insights from doctors and institutions to improve service offerings.
Report market trends and competitors to the product team.
Cross-Selling & Referrals
Identify opportunities to cross-sell other relevant trainings, events or research services.
Encourage satisfied users to refer peers or colleagues.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, conversions, and progress using CRM or tracking sheets.
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
