Roles and Responsibilities

Institutional Outreach
Visit schools, PU colleges, and degree colleges to introduce and promote the career counseling and training initiatives.
Meet with principals, placement officers, and heads of departments to present the value of the program.
Secure program slots by fixing orientations, seminars, or parent-student sessions.

Program Scheduling & Coordination
Create detailed activity and visit schedules.
Prepare institutional-specific schedule charts and calendars.
Coordinate with internal teams to align availability and resources.

Sales & Conversion
Pitch the training program effectively and close deals for scheduled workshops or long-term collaborations.
Work towards monthly targets set in collaboration with the outreach or sales manager.
Cross-sell additional training programs based on institutional needs or gaps identified during interactions.

Target Planning & Reporting
Create monthly outreach and conversion target sheets after discussions with reporting managers.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, follow-ups, and program outcomes.
Provide weekly updates and progress reports to the central coordination team.

Logistics & Execution
Coordinate with logistics teams for training materials, AV setup, banners, and faculty travel/accommodation as needed.
Ensure venue readiness and smooth execution of the training program.

Post-Session Feedback & Support
Collect and compile feedback from students, faculty, and management.
Share feedback insights with the training team for quality improvement.

Relationship Management
Build long-term institutional relationships for repeat programs and collaborations.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the institution and the company.

Market Intelligence
Stay updated with trends in the education space, school/college needs, and competitor offerings.
Share insights with the product/training development team to enhance offerings.

Additional Duties
Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, or community events as a brand representative.
Assist with social media inputs or outreach content when required.
Support internal team training or onboarding for new outreach executives.
